I have been practising yoga for over 40 years. After taking early retirement as a senior clinical nurse, I deepened my practice of Tai Chi and was introduced to Dru yoga about 2008...
I completed Dru yoga teacher training in Leeds 2011-2013 and Dru Meditation teacher training 2015-2017 in Leeds......
I am also a Reiki master practitioner.

I one Dru Yoga 90 minute classes per week.
I also teach an end of month class.....Mainly Dru yoga, with elements of Tai Chi, Restorative/Yin yoga, ending the class with Dru yoga Nidra.
Classes suitable for all ages from18 upwards......all abilities welcome...
