I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years now and was introduced to Dru Yoga 6 years ago when I moved to Honiton. I have now completed the teacher training course in Dru Yoga and am establishing a new class in Cotleigh.
My health and wellbeing is important to me but with a busy job, it can sometimes be overlooked. Yoga is my go to remedy for a great physical workout that also releases the stresses of modern day living.
I am privileged to now be able to share my passion for a healthier and happier lifestyle with others.
My classes are held on Tuesday evenings at 7pm at the Village Hall in Cotleigh, EX14 9HJ. The class is for 75 minutes and is open to all abilities.
I aim to lighten your load at the end of a busy day with movement that can be as gentle or energetic as you want it to be; a flowing sequence that re-energises you, engaging your mind as well as your body and with a relaxation to finish that will send you home feeling refreshed and peaceful.
