I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and qualified as a Dru teacher in 2010. I have been teaching for 6 years.
I believe that Dru yoga can transform your health and wellbeing by balancing the energies of your body, heart and mind.
About my classes...
I teach at the Catholic Hall, North Street, Inverurie on Thursday evenings from 7pm to 8.30pm (term time). This class is suitable for people of all abilities and all age groups.
Dru Yoga leads us to stillness through movement while calming the mind, soft, flowing and graceful.
