I'm an active baby boomer who is passionate about teaching other baby boomers how to retain or regain a healthy body, mind and spirit as we journey towards the finer years of our lives. I don't accept that we should become stiff and immobile. I don't accept that dementia is a normal part of aging. I do accept that we should all age with dignity, peace and happiness. And through personal experience, I don't believe it's all downhill from here. I have significantly reduced my pain levels and increased my flexibility as I have aged. I'd like to share my knowledge with you.
My classes are appropriate for all baby boomers and are tailored to suit all needs & conditions. We have all grown from different life experiences, we are all different. But we are one. Everyone will be made feel comfortable with whatever level they are at. We aren't out to be the best in the class, we are simply striving to be the best that we can be on a personal level.
