I live in a beautiful valley near Presteigne, love doing long walks near by and on the coast and have family including grandchildren living near by. I am more available to teach having given up most of my work, which is helping charities be more sustainable. I still do my own voluntary work too. I love people and helping them to resolve issues and really find their strengths and live life to the full.
I qualified as a Dru yoga teacher in 2007 and teach small groups of friends and family, and one to one sessions. The sessions can be on my woodland platform behind my cottage with fantastic views, weather permitting, or in my students homes and gardens, where we can be safely distanced. I am also a qualified meditation teacher, have done a foundation course in Ayurveda and continue my own learning with Dru on a regular basis. Passing on the ability to improve and sustain health, vitality and a love of life is my aim.
