Just try it out- Thursdays 6.15-7.45 pm at Snowdonia Mountain Lodge (LL57 3LX). First class is FREE. Everyone welcome.
Please wear comfortable clothing. Free teas and refreshments inclusive, and plenty of mats and blankets/cushions available for you to use.
