About my classes...
Hi There. I hold Dru Yoga classes at my home studio in Australind. The classes are 2 hours in duration, with lots of gentle warm-ups and a delightful period of deep relaxation at the end. Gentle modifications are offered for each posture or sequence if you have health challenges. Bookings essential.
