I have been teaching Dru for 8 years now and fell in love with this style of yoga as soon as I came across it in 2003. It did more than just fill a gap that was within me, it helped me heal and totally transformed the way I saw and experienced life. I love sharing my passion for this transformative style of yoga and love the wonderful depth that it offers students, without feeling the need to do a headstand or funky arm balance (although sometimes we do these too!).
I currently run group classes in Lichfield and Cannock. Classes are light-hearted and fun, and over the years I’ve witnessed many lovely friendships blossom within the group. Suitable for any fitness level, I invite you to come along with an open mind and an open heart and enjoy yoga with like-minded people.
