I have been practicing yoga since 2005, enjoying better fitness and improvements to my asthma, flexibility and strength as a result. Yoga also lets me find a stillness and balance within me that helps to deal with the demands of life.
I am delighted to say that I am now a qualified Yoga Therapist
I quite often have company on my yoga mat - Tilly my dog loves to join me!
