A registered Dru Yoga and Dru Meditation teacher, Dawn is passionate about supporting people to achieve their physical and life goals through a regular practise of yoga, relaxation and meditation.

Having practised yoga in various forms for over 20 years, Dawn formalised her Dru Yoga Teacher qualifications in 2012 and completed additional studies to become a qualified Dru Meditation Teacher in 2017.

Dawn teaches indoor and outdoor weekly classes in the Oaklands Park, Brighton and Hove area, for people of all ages and abilities. She also hosts weekend workshops and pop-up classes throughout Adelaide and South Australia.

Working one-on-one with people who need extra support is one of Dawn's specialised skills: working with people in aged care and assisted living facilities and with elderly people living at home. Dawn also works privately with anyone who would like guidance and inspiration in their daily yoga practise.

Club Yoga is also one of Dawn’s high-energy creations that marries the heart of yoga with the beat of the dance floor. Incorporating different musical styles and free movement, it's a fun, uplifting practise that creates a fabulous sense of community.
