I love Dru yoga with a passion. Over the past 4 years it has given me so much, helped me change my life in ways I never knew possible and I’ve met some amazing people along the way. Its been magic!
This is why I teach, to pass this gift on to others. So perhaps you want to get fitter, improve your flexibility and feel more energised? Or gain better control over your breathing, learn to relax and feel less stressed? Maybe you’re fed up of that aching back or foggy head? You want to improve your concentration and focus. Or maybe you just want to try something new and connect with a great bunch of people?
I believe Dru yoga can provide the tools you need to achieve all of these goals and more. But don't take my word for it, get yourself along to a class and experience the Dru magic for yourself.
Tuesdays - 6:45-8:00pm - Trevor Scout Hut, Trevor, LL20 7UD
All abilities welcome, including beginners. Pay on a week by week basis, discount available for advance or block bookings . Mats, equipment and water provided. Just come long and enjoy the class. It is advisable (though not essential) to contact me before your first class, as this helps me to ensure there is ample space and equipment to go round.
