Dru Yoga and / or Meditation teacher in Castlemaine Victoria Australia
I am 60 years of age and have come to Dru Yoga late in life but have a long time interest in practicing Tai Chi, so I especially LOVE the sequences in Dru. I enjoy sharing my Dru experience with others who want to keep ageing bodies flexible. I live on a 40 acre property with my husband where we try to live sustainably. I have 2 grown up daughters.
Castlemaine: Fridays at 3pm (1 hour)
Mt Franklin Tuesdays at 10am (i ¼ hours)
My classes are designed for mature age students or those with chronic illness. My students are very friendly and lots of chat happens. We have some laughs and do lots of gentle stretching, finishing off with a nice long relaxation.
