Dru Yoga and / or Meditation teacher in Bethesda Cornwall United Kingdom
I qualified in 2004 and have been actively involved in organising Dru workshops and retreats since then, as well as running my own Dru classes. I am currently leading the Dru Yoga teacher training course in the South West with my husband Bob and a great team of Dru teachers from this lovely part of the country. So, for the time being I am not holding weekly classes. However, please do feel free to contact me on anything Dru Southwest. I am here to help.
I lead the Dru Yoga South West teacher training course, which started in June 2017. I will be organising public Dru workshops and Dru postgrad events annually. Our next planned teacher training course will be in early 2020 - with 'try out workshops' leading up to that. We look forward to meeting you.
