I have been practising yoga for more than 20 years and began my Dru Teacher training in 2017. It has been an amazing and transformative experience. I love everything about Dru Yoga; it has become a way of life for me. I am excited about sharing what I have learnt with my students.
Monday from 4.00pm-5.30pm, commencing Monday 3rd February 2020. Come every week or drop in when you can.
For all ability levels. Chairs and other props are provided to ensure a completely safe and supported practise. A gentle and restorative class focusing on body and breath awareness. A Dru Yoga class will leave you feeling renewed and relaxed. It is the perfect way to unwind after a busy day and to prepare your whole being for the week ahead.
