I have been practising Yoga since I was 17, and am now past 60. My teaching began in 2007 and for the last 12 years have taught in the Midlands, Warwickshire and now Gloucestershire. The real joy of yoga is to explore your physicality, which also tunes in to your mental and emotional states. This can lead to an expanded awareness of life and a deep connection with yourself and others. To share this with others is heart warming!
I am a relaxed though enthusiastic teacher and my aim is for you to benefit from the classes by feeling stretched, rejuvenated and finally, after a long relaxation, feel calm. I teach all ages and all abilities. It's never too late to begin Yoga. Ultimately, the aim is for you to enjoy the class! Namaste.
