I use Dru Yoga and counselling- motivational skills to help myself and others explore ways to manage issues faced and to support physical, emotional and behavioural development. I feel the practice has brought me an array of skills to help with life's journey to be the best we can be day by day. Whether experiencing physical pain, emotional distress or being in upmost health and wanting to enhance, I believe mindfully moving with Dru yoga can have some amazing results. I have a specialism in Back Care and Post graduate qualification in Counselling.
I work to ensure the sessions are inclusive relaxed and suitable for all - including those new to Yoga. Focusing on our posture,acknowledging and releasing tension, stretching and calming body and mind.
I run a Relaxed Sunday evening session at ST ANNE'S HALL LETCHWORTH ROAD LEICESTER, and a Tuesday evening session at THE MANOR HOUSE HADDENHAM ROAD LEICESTER - both sessions are available pay as you go and run term time.
Wednesday evenings I'm at Turning Point Leicester as part of my role as yoga teacher and Recovery Practitioner and I also hold weekly sessions for cancer patients and their relatives and carers at two venues in Leicester.
I offer specifically tailored 1 2 1 sessions from my studio to help develop personal practice and I facilitate sessions for corporate events, team building days and conferences.
I also run workshops throughout the year, often working with co - facilitators with similar passion and interest in Well being. To date I have worked with a Sports Therapist to explore BACK CARE, an executive Coach working on SELF BELIEVE, and with a local Artist-crafter for our Yoga and Reflective ART session.
