I've been practicing yoga and meditation for over 25 years. I love making yoga accessible to people of all ages and abilities, from chair yoga through to stronger practices of yoga. My classes are fun and inclusive, with students of all ages participating, including those in their mid 80s!

These classes are suited to all levels and ages, including those who prefer to use a chair.
Corporate and private yoga and/or meditation classes as well as therapeutic yoga by appointment.
