I work in the field of Teaching, Yoga and Meditation. For the past three decades I have been involved in Teaching and Transformational Study and Practice. I have worked with thousands of people through Teaching, instructing Yoga and Meditation and supporting them with personal issues. I present these techniques over 200 day a year in schools, on Retreats, to community groups, including Lululemon and Beach Yoga, gymnasiums as well as to professional sporting bodies and individuals. I am a guest Yoga Instructor on Women’s Retreats Internationally. I have instructed Yoga on College retreats with St Aloysius and Wilderness, as well as in numerous schools on Yorke Peninsula and Adelaide. I have had over twenty-five years experience working in education and teaching, in a variety roles from Leadership to classroom teaching, in schools within SA.
