I have been running fitness classes for 18 years. I teach Stretch and Fitball classes, Chiball, Wu Tao Dance, Shibashi classes as well as a beginners Dru Yoga Class.
I love teaching Dru for its gentle connection to the heart to balance mind, body and spirit.
