I qualified as a Dru Yoga Teacher in 2003 and bring over 40 years Yoga practice to my teaching. I specialise in Dru Prenatal Yoga and Yoga for the Special Child www.specialyoga.org.uk. I run a busy complementary therapy practice where I combine Yoga, The Bowen Technique and/or Homeopathy to help people regain and maintain their health.
One to One Yoga coaching available as stand alone classes or courses comprising six lessons.
Mondays and Tuesdays at The Wellness Centre, 279 High Street, Northallerton, North Yorkshire DL7 8DW by appointment only.
Home tuition available.
