I am a GP and am married to an outdoor instructor. We have two young boys. All four of us love to spend time in the outdoors; hiking, running, climbing and ski-ing. I discovered and fell in love with Dru yoga around 5 years ago. The benefits of Dru to both physical and mental health were immediately apparent. I was driven to learn more, and then to share my knowledge by qualifying as a Dru instructor. If I could prescribe a course of yoga, I would (it would save the NHS a fortune in medications and hospital stays)!
Monday nights at Guiseley theatre 19:00 - 20:15. Beginner - intermediate level.
