:-) I am passionate about practising & teaching Dru Yoga & Meditation and have taught general classes for 16 years including Pre & Post Natal students & Disabilities SA clients. I delight in working with all ages and abilities. I previously worked as a Private Professional Counsellor for 16 years helping clients with Relationships/ Abuse/ Grief/ Stress. Dru Yoga is wonderful for everyone aswell as being a form of non verbal detraumatisation to heal on all levels. :-) Om Shanti Om

BIRDWOOD Institute Thursdays 9.30-11am (90 or 45min from 10.15am class).
