The power of yoga to build strength and illuminate understanding motivates my practice and teaching.
I offer bespoke classes to individuals or small groups and I also fill in for Dru yoga teachers in the Canberra region. Until the end of the year I am filling in for the regular teachers of the Woden Community Centre yoga classes. These classes are designed to be practised by people of all abilities, all fitness levels and all age groups and are offered live and via zoom. Please do not hesitate to contact me: I have capacity to take on more teaching during this period.
