I have been teaching Dru Yoga for 5 years and love working in my local community making yoga accessible for all. I also love teaching Dru dance and I am qualified to teach Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction in the style of Jon Kabat-Zinn. I bring mindfulness into my yoga classes and run mindfulness workshops and practice groups.
