Mariana is a Certified Dru Yoga Teacher who loves sharing her passion and love for Dru Yoga with hundreds of people that have regularly come to her classes. She is also a Dru Kids and Teens instructor and loves to expand herself with continuous self-development, education and experiences in yoga, meditation, spirituality, and nature as our main tool for healing.
“What I love about Dru Yoga is the subtle contrast of gentleness in the form and the strength you feel in body, mind, and spirit at the end of your practice. I like that is real and for real people, that is not about doing or striving but about being, feeling and staying present”.
My intention is to create an inclusive space where everyone feels safe and capable of doing a yoga class. From my personal experience, feeling quite uncomfortable and inadequate, I decided to do my Dru Teacher Training to remind everyone how amazing we are designed to feel.
