I'm a yoga and meditation teacher based in Altrincham, teaching Dru Yoga to people of all ages and abilities.

I'm a pregnancy yoga teacher qualified to teach prenatal yoga and yoga to those in the early stage of postnatal recovery.

I’ve been practising yoga since 2005 when I started Iyengar yoga at my local gym. At the time I was looking for a great complement to my keep-fit routine of dancing, swimming and running.

After a year or two I started to learn about the different styles of yoga and joined some more classes to try them out. It wasn’t until I was attending three or four classes a week that I realised how much I had grown to love yoga and had really started to notice its benefits.

In 2008, while looking for a new dance class, I came across Dru Dance and signed up for the next workshop with Joanna Bertzeletos at Yoga Nature. I knew it was the perfect mix for me - yoga and dance! Since then I’ve enjoyed all aspects of Dru Yoga and its flowing, powerful movements.

I signed up for yoga teacher training in 2011 and haven’t looked back since - there’s so much to learn, practise and share!
