Yoga has always been a natural part of my life, but Dru Yoga has been just that extra bit special and I was drawn to learning more at the right time of my life to help with my personal growth. I have been studying and working with Feng Shui principles since 2008 and Dru Yoga is a beautiful accompaniment to this science and such a powerful tool to help navigate through life, especially in these times. For quite sometime I have dreamed of teaching yoga not realising that one day this would become a reality. It is really beautiful how things come about. I love helping people as I also love to be helped and feel natural and fulfilled when teaching. I totally trust and believe in my Dru Yoga practice and it's benefits.
I have a Friday morning class in Cowes, Phillip Island at Health on Course. Students who have not experienced Dru Yoga are keen to try, others who have not found a yoga to suit have felt more comfortable with Dru and that it is a better fit. There can be an instant response to the special Dru Sequences or even the postures which may not have been practised before, flowing into their lives awakening some part which is needing clarification. The experience of Dru Yoga is very powerful and rewarding.
The relaxation is well received and appreciated and is extremely beneficial to everyone regardless of their lifestyle. "That was wonderful" & "I feel really great" or "my weekend was so much better", "I slept really well", are some of the comments I receive.I tap into the students who come to my class and endeavour to take them on a rewarding personal journey!
