I have been practicing yoga for much of my life and teaching it since 2011. It has been my constant companion, a joy and an essential part of my life.
I firmly believe the quote "if you can breathe, you can do yoga!"
My classes are not about tying yourself up in knots, rather I hope that maybe the knots from within your body are given a chance to release with the gentle flowing style of dru yoga that we practice together. The classes are suitable for everyone whether young or old, flexible or stiff or anywhere in between. There is no expectation or competition, just chance to move with your own breath and find your 'still point' within the movements - and of course a lovely long relaxation at the end!
