I love teaching Dru Yoga as I get to share the benefits of such a beautiful rewarding practice. I particularly enjoy teaching beginners and people that have disabilities, as I get to prove that everyone can enjoy Dru Yoga whatever there ability.
About my classes...
I teach Dru Yoga for all abilities in Saltburn by the Sea, at the Earthbeat centre. Monday's 1.30-3.00 & Tuesday's 9.30-11.00am.
Charltons village hall (near Guisbrough)
Monday's 10.30-11.30am & Thursday's 7-8pm
Staithes village hall Tuesday's 4.30-5.45pm
