I am based in the stunning town of Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire.

From the Highlands of Scotland originally I bring that real sense of space and peace into everything that I do. I specialise in building women's confidence and emotional resilience through private coaching, and as a yoga teacher, prenatal yoga teacher and hypnobirthing instructor this filters through into e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g. Happily married I live with my family in Hebden Bridge.

My life has had its ups and downs and yoga has helped me stay grounded and build resilience. It's fair to say it's supported me through moving abroad, getting married, getting divorced, moving house (several times), leaving jobs, creating my own business, becoming a stepmum, dissolving conflict, open heart surgery (I had a birth defect we knew nothing about), ill health and bereavement in my family and loved ones, grief, and, you know, being a highly sensitive person in a fast paced world! Phew.

Everybody needs a touchstone, something to call them back to the EYE of the storm, for me that's yoga. Perhaps it is for you too?

If you're not sure come to one of my classes and give it a try. Classes are friendly, relaxed, and, in a word (or is that two?) life-changing.

PS - I love essential oils, herbal tea and soul nourishing books... you'll usually find me curled up with a combination of all three, or on a hillside with a flask.
