Yoga transformed me. I am now determined to pass yoga's many teachings and tools onto others.
An avid student of yoga since 1998, I am passionate about introducing the numerous gifts yoga has to offer to my students, and harnessing the power of language, music and mantra as power tools of transformation. I have completed Dru Yoga Teaching Training, Dru Kids & Teens, Dru Meditation Teacher Training and Dru Postgraduate Mastery. I have also completed the Ashtanga Yoga of Patanjali Yoga Masters Correspondence Course and the Deepen Your Practice training from the Hardlight Centre of Awakening.
A professional writer and editor of more than 40 years standing, I am a valued member of the Dru Publications Team.
I offer gentle Dru Yoga and Meditation classes to people of all levels of experience and ability, to help students discover the inner stillness within.
