Dru Yoga and / or Meditation teacher in Nelson Nelson New Zealand
I have been practicing Dru Yoga for 16 years, studying in Australia and graduating in 2005. I am passionate about getting this transformative yoga out to the world and helping people to become more attuned to their bodies, relaxed in life and leading more peaceful, fulfilling lives. As Regional Manager for Dru in Aotearoa, I enjoy being able to help people embrace their life fully. Dru is now excitedly preparing for NZ's second Dru Yoga Teacher Training starting in Motueka, Nelson in April 2020.
My evening classes are for beginner and experienced alike, I like to make yoga accessible for everyone. My classes are on-going throughout the year. Cost: $12/casual class, concessions available.
