I first discovered Dru Yoga 5 years ago having practised other forms of yoga for many years. I love the graceful flowing movements, visualisations and directed breathing. Dru has improved the flexibility and strength of my spine and postural muscles,significantly reduced my stress levels and helped me deal with challenging situations. I love it and am so keen to give the joy of Dru to my students!
