We’re all on a quest for happiness, health and inner peace. That’s why we practise yoga, meditation and ayurveda. However sometimes we have blocks in our energy system which stop prana flowing freely, which can manifest as anxiety, lethargy or an overactive mind. Eventually, these blocks can lead to diseases on a mental or physical level.

In the yogic tradition, these energy channels are called nadis. They are pathways of mental, pranic and spiritual currents which provide energy to every part of the body and mind. Small intersections of the nadis are known as marma points in Ayurveda while the major ones are the chakras. Understanding how to purify and energise the nadis is crucial for any yoga teacher or meditation practitioner.

In this replay of a live webinar you will deepen your knowledge of the nadis - the ida, pingala and shushumna.  You will learn a progressive pranayama practice to clear blockages and bring mental clarity, joy and health. Jane will guide you through mantra and meditation techniques to clear and energise your whole subtle energy system. There will be a downloadable worksheet to support your home practice, which you can share with your classes if appropriate.
