The
World Healing Meditation

Your Inner and Outer Climate Challenge

 Listen >        Watch >

Welcome!
When we come together in focused meditation, prayer and inspiration, we generate an awesome power to awaken humanity to a new level of awareness. During the coronavirus experience we have many powerful reasons to pray, and above all, we need the strength to be empowering and uplifting for everyone around us.

Please give your hearts and souls to help each human being discover their unique potential.

You might like to add a prayer for someone who needs help.

You might like to add a message of support and also a dedication like: 'I'll dedicate the World Healing meditation each day for a week', or 'I'll call someone who needs a boost and tell them how much they mean to me, each day for a week.' Anything that will improve our inner climate, the first step towards making massive changes in our outer climate.

Or you might like to add an inspirational story about how you - or someone you know - has made a difference that's really inspired you.

When you add your prayers, dedications or stories to our Dedication Together it inspires everyone to feel more empowered to help the people around them. Thanks for your love!

We started with the Australian Bush fires at the beginning of this year. Now, let's answer the call of the earth for all those affected by coronavirus. That's everyone of us!

Where ever I am at 7 pm I am praying for gentle soothing nurturing rain to full on Australia in perfection to fully restore and revitalise the Earth and ecosystems. And I am praying that hearts everywhere are opened so that all those affected receive support, shelter, food and that the right connections between people happen, so that the right decisions are made at the highest level in all nations to care for the Earth in the optimum way for the good of all beings.

I dedicate my daily practice and all my teachings to those affected in Australia for the whole of January 2020. My heart goes out to you all with much love through Surya Namaskra which I'm practising regularly this month as well as everything else I do.
We are all connected via this planet - through the Earth, the Sky, the Oceans, the Mountains and we need to stay complete - AS ONE.

I was very humbled by Liz Davidson’s description of her experience losing her coastal retreat home to the terrible fires in Australia. She has shown such strength and compassion. This week I shall dedicate the Earth Salutation to her and all those affected. I will practice it daily accompanied by the track ‘Sacred Ground’ which is a stunning track recorded by an Australian group called Sacred Earth. With love xx

I ask for rain in Australia to put out the fires and restore the earth. Send abundant blessings to all those who need it and help those who lost their homes to find home and a way to renew themselves. I am so grateful for the help you will send.

I pray for the extinguishing of the raging fires in Australia soonest, a change in the weather and an end to the misery. I pray for the people, vegetation, the animals, the insects that have been lost to the tragedy. I pray if any good can ever come out of this, it is a change in collective human behaviour to bring our environment back into balance and learn to treasure our beautiful earth. I will do what I can with what resources I have to help the move to repopulate our planet with trees. I will dedicate Prithvi Namaskara to the rebuilding, rewilding, healing and replenishing of beautiful Mother Earth.

My message to you: "You are not alone; more people than you can ever imagine are sending you their love and light."

My dedication is to chant the gayatri mantra every day in my meditation for 2 weeks and visualise healing light bringing a sense of wholeness to the people affected by the Australian bush fires.

I also dedicate myself to making a greater contribution to the health of the planet in as many ways as I can; for example, picking up rubbish discarded on my dog-walking route and recycling it, using less plastic, buying local produce, using fewer chemicals in the home, flushing the toilet less and much, much more .....
