Trish Brown is Co-director of Dru Australia and an international presenter of Dru Yoga and Dru Meditation. 

She is a senior teacher on the Dru Yoga and Dru Meditation Teacher Training programs in Australia and the UK. She has lead retreats, workshops and seminars around the country and also in the UK and India on the Dru body/heart/mind approach to holistic wellbeing, self-empowerment, work-life balance and yogic spiritual philosophy.

Trish has a strong background as a complementary therapist and coordinated one of Canberra’s largest yoga schools.

She is a freelance yoga writer and is passionate about her involvement in humanitarian and global peace projects.

Trish is also an author on yoga philosophy and has published a variety of articles on the Bhagavad Gita and other Vedic wisdom.
