Andrew Wells has helped pioneer Dru Yoga and Meditation in the war zones of the world, has done in-depth mentorings and chakra analyses with hundreds and hundreds of people, and codified Dru's advanced pratcitioner courses. Specialising in advanced yoga energetics, he's nevertheless greatly loved for his ability to make the vast complexities of psychology into simple principles we can apply through our day.
Tonight we'll be exploring yoga's description of the five main types of behaviour, using precise yoga and meditation techniques to refine our psyche towards contact with our Higher Mind.
