I’m on zoom calls and meetings all day long so at first I was quite hesitant to attend another online experience, but I’m so glad I joined. This isn’t your normal technology driven experience, this is a well thought out, professionally presented course that leaves you feeling like you were right there in front of the team. It’s engaging, thought provoking and fun... definitely not anything like a work meeting. It was absolutely worth attending.

What I'll take from today's yoga postgrad workshop:- Underpinning the true purpose of yoga - to develop a relationship with the Self that exists deeply within. Loved the relaxations, especially 'Waves of Peace'. The pancha koshas provide us with a road map for better understanding of our psychological and spiritual development.

If you are thinking of doing the teacher training course, I would say just do it. You get more flexibility and knowledge of yoga, find peace in yourself with the ability to pass it on to others. I liked the gradual building of positions into a sequence, so that you felt you had mastered each position before it became a sequence, which was very relaxing and confidence building.The workshop overall was friendly and welcoming, whatever level you are, whether you are a beginner or teacher. I was able to achieve positions I previously hadn't been able to because of the slow, precise instruction.
